Collecting on insufficient checks (NSF) is quite different than collecting on most "regular" bad debt accounts.  The tangibility of the check allows for our representatives to convey the heartfelt need and urgency of resolving the bad-check, whether the check not having sufficient funds was accidental or intentional.

We strive to get every check paid-in-full within a thirty-day time frame, although not always possible, every effort is made regardless of the situation.  In some instances litigation is required in order to resolve the outstanding check, and is done as a rarity and only as a last resort. We utilize several law firms to process approved accounts in cities and counties all throughout the state of Ohio; so you will not have to seek or otherwise hire an attorney or any type of legal counsel. *We will always contact you before proceeding with any type of legal activity.
