Our Story is in the culture we foster with our employees and the relationships we build with our clients and their consumers. We started the company with the intention of providing excellent service, working to understand the consumer’s circumstances, and putting integrity first in our collections processes.

We are a member of The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International). ACA International brings together third-party collection agencies, law firms, asset-buying companies, creditors and vendor affiliates representing more than 230,000 industry employees.

Our management and collectors hold certifications in healthcare management, compliance and collections. This association with ACA International provides the necessary resources for continued learning and up-to-date industry changes and establishes standards for Code of Conduct and Code of Operations.

The state unit of ACA International, Ohio Receivables Management Association, represents Ohio in the collection industry.

We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and Richland Area Chamber and Economic Development, as well as the Crawford County Chamber of Commerce and the Central Ohio and the Central Ohio Patient Account Managers organizations (COPAM). In 2019, we a Small Business of the Year nominee.
